.3 scoop grape Spark® (Just enough to flavor my water & SPARK-A-Rita mocktails later tonight so I want to save my intake for later.)
Lunch~Udon noodles ~hot & spicy, raw carrots & Greek yogurt dill dip.
afternoon snack- Organic cookie/ice cream sandwich
Dinner~ mixture of all kinds of fresh & frozen veggies & whole wheat pasta
I must know... what is sparkarita??
ReplyDeleteSpark-a-rita is Spark (or Rehydrate) with margarita mix in it. A N/A mocktail treat really. I had a Rehydrat-a-rita as it was later in the day & I didn't want to be up all night... ;)
