Day 5... of 15 now Sat 2/12

7:45 morning prepills
Well I tried some new protein shake stuff this morning PL brand Pro-size is what it's called. Lots of healthy stuff in it (more than the Advocare but the same stuff none the less) However, stuff is 2x the cost & 1/2 the good taste. :(
9am Drank it~ more pills & Catalyst Almost urped up some of the shake 30 min later during my 2nd~30 min session of ZIC (Zumba in the Circuit) not pleasant... It was filling. Didn't notice any other differences with it other than that. Needless to say I won't be buying that PL product again (thank goodness it was 50% off with my MIL's discount) Had 2 hours of Zumba total (did 1 hour in BRF)
2pm Lunch salad with 7 small green olives, 1 tomatoe, 1.5 servings of fake crab, 1 HB egg, organic garlic spinach dressing.  Skinny water... didn't remember to Spark soon enough in the AM... Skinny water has lots of the same stuff in it but not nearly as much. Luckily on clearance & kinda did the job. Wanted a nap... I'm not surprised.
6pm ~slightly hungry will make something soon, too late in day to nap now....
 7pm dinner 2 low carb tomato wraps with taco filling of seasoned Mexican pork, refried beans, some salsa, some lettuce, a tiny bit of mixed cheese & a tiny bit of low cal no fat sour cream. Dessert 1/2 of a single serving of a Kemps sundae... Yes it was my naughty meal... stomach feels ok but possibly a bit too much food? Or perhaps it's the little bit of dairy that's making me feel not the best.
