THU 3/10

9:15am ~Breakfast Choc. meal shake.
10:15am~snack 100 cal. Almonds butter toffee flavor.
12:30 lunch~ 20 grapes 12:50... apparently I'm full... this isn't good... I haven't even gotten to my
1.5 c. spinach with dried strawberries & strawberry vinaigrette dressing on it yet. &  Greek 2x protein yogurt Yoplait honey vanilla 6oz. 
3pm... starting to barely think about the yogurt that I didn't even have room for for lunch... maybe in 30 min. or so.
3:30-3:45: Snack~ Greek 2x protein yogurt Yoplait honey vanilla 6oz.
4:45pm~ 100 cal. Craisins packet
55 min Zumba~ at SNAP fitness Bluffside

8:20pm snack 7 guac. chips & 1tbs. guac. (all this is the "real stuff" not the fake avocado stuff).
8:40pm dinner 3/4 cup of veggie protein "hamburger" helper made with almond milk, 2c. salad with 6 green olives & a tbs of bleu cheese crumbles/ French dressing. 1 smallish baked potato with 1tsp. of buttery spread & sour cream 1 scoop ice cream & 1tbs. of caramel. Still think I might have ate too much
